Fees, Age Rules and Minimum Stays

  • Resort fees. Marriott advertises no resort fees at Grand Chateau. Elsewhere, compare the total price: since May 2025, US rules require the price shown to include mandatory fees such as resort fees.
  • Check-in age. Most Club Wyndham resorts, including Grand Desert and Desert Rose, require the person checking in to be at least 21.
  • Minimum stays. Club Wyndham resorts require a minimum number of nights, so a one-night stopover may not be possible.
  • Occupancy. Elara's suites sleep six, Grand Desert's and Tahiti Village's eight, and Cancun lists its two-bedroom units for two to four guests.
  • Refurbishment. Grand Chateau's villas are being refurbished from April 24 to November 17, 2027.
