Check Before You Book
- Who pays for the water park. Margaritaville includes Island H2O with its resort fee; Westgate Town Center charges non-owners for Shipwreck Island. Ask at other resorts too.
- Height limits and lifeguards. Marriott's Harbour Lake's Florida Falls slide has a 42-inch minimum, and the resort's pools have no lifeguards.
- Closures. At Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek, the pool at Tower 5 is closed through December 1, 2026, during a renovation that runs to February 2028.
- Resort fees. Since May 2025, US rules require mandatory resort fees to be included in the total price shown, so compare totals rather than nightly rates.
